Kevin is a former Director of State Supply and a national leader in the field of public sector contract management, procurement and logistics processes. Kevin works at a strategic level within organisations in a range of areas. He his an experienced trainer, facilitator and consultant who has conducted consultancy studies for a client base spread between the public and private sectors, located across Australia, North America and the South East Asian region. He is a recognised leader in Australia in the field of procurement systems and logistics, contract and project management and a highly experienced probity advisor who has worked with all levels of government and major private sector organisations in his areas of expertise. Kevin is the sole Value Chain Management Project Manager in Western Australia, skills that he brings to these advisory services. Kevin Donnelly has been the leader of a strategic planning team for 10 years, has received formal training in the techniques of strategic planning in Defence and at the Australian Administrative Staff College and was a member of the Westrail corporate planning team of Branch Heads for seven years. Kevin has worked at senior levels with a wide range of public and private sector organisations during a fifteen year consulting career and would bring his substantial knowledge of financial management and economics to this project. He is a highly experienced facilitator, trainer and presenter who has worked with public and private sector organisations throughout Australia, South East Asia and the South Pacific. |
